Lilypad is an affordable Arduino based wearable electronic systems developed by Dr. Leah Buechley, these products are a great and easy way to complete any e-textiles project. Add stunning bright and colourful lights to your projects with LEDs, or turn them into incredible looking light shows using one of the easy to program sensors and control boards. All these products are designed with large sew holes to be easily sewn onto textiles using conductive thread, making them simple to get working - even if you're a beginner! Some Lilypad units are also safe to wash!
