For same working day dispatch all the item in your order must be in stock and the order placed before:

Monday - Friday:

• Royal Mail: Orders placed before 1pm. 
• UPS:Orders placed before 12pm. 
• DHL: Orders placed before 12pm.

Please Note: 

• We do not dispatch orders on UK bank holidays or weekends, all orders placed on these days will be dispatched the next working day.
• For international UPS orders there may be a delay in disaptch while we contact you for a contact number if you do not provide on during the checkout process.
• There may be other situations where we are unable to dispatch your order on the same day such as a new procuct launch or other unforseen events

We offer a range of delivery options but the services shown during checkout will depend on your locations and the items in your cart.

Orders within the UK:

• Royal Mail First Class
• DHL - Next Working Day
• UPS Next Working Day
• UPS Express (12pm)

International Order (outside the UK):

• Royal Mail International Post
• Royal Mail International Tracked Post
• UPS Woldwide

Please Note: Orders containing Lithium batteries are only able to be sent to mainland UK addresses via UPS.

Orders within the UK:

• Royal Mail First Class: 1-3 working days
• DHL - Next Working Day: Next business day
• UPS Standard: Next business day
• UPS Express (12pm): Next business day before 12pm

International Order (outside the UK):

• Royal Mail International Post: 5-7 working days to EU, 7-14 working days to the rest of the world
• Royal Mail International Tracked Post: 5-7 working days to EU, 7-14 working days to the rest of the world
• UPS Woldwide: 3-5 working days

We currently ship to the most countries around the world. We're based in the UK but service most of Europe, North America, and a range of other countries. You can check if we're able to ship to your country by using the country address drop-own box during the checkout process.
