DESCRIPTION

The Kitronik Inventor's Kit for the Raspberry Pi Pico provides a fantastic and easy-to-learn introduction to learning how to use the Pico to construct and control physical electronic circuits using MicroPython.

This kit contains everything you need (Pico not included) to complete 10 exciting experiments using the included step-by-step booklet setting you up nicely for endless possibilities within the world of electronics. There is also an introduction to coding, how to run Python code on the Pico, and guidance on using Breadboards.

Each of the 10 experiments progresses in level and complexity throughout the book, however, all of them are clear and concise with their explanations/guides so as to not overwhelm new starters. The full-colour booklet details the parts you need for each experiment, the code used, a breadboard wiring diagram, a circuit diagram, and a full description of what is happening and why.

Similarly to the Inventor's Kits for the BBC micro:bit and Arduino, this kit is built around a prototyping system that comprises an injection moulded base plate, onto which the breadboard is affixed, and the included laser cut plate is mounted. The laser-cut plate has mounting points for the included motor, servo, and Pinout board for Raspberry Pi Pico. There are also more than 60 components and connectors in the kit, such as; LEDs, switches, motors, transistors, resistors, and more!

Please Note:

  • Raspberry Pi Pico Sold Separately
  • This kit does involve some assembly, but no soldering is required.
