When an exciting new product is revealed by one of our suppliers which we know we'll be stocking it is usually added to our site and made available for preorder.
When an item is made available for preorder it means stock is enroute to us and the order should be dispatched within 1-2 weeks. This timeframe does depend on the manufacturer, if you'd like a more accurate estimate feel free to contact us.
Please Note: If your order contains a preordered an item it will not be dispatched until all items are available. If we receive insufficient stock to fulfill all preorders then orders will be dispatched in the time/date order.
