COVID-19 Supplier Updates

We would like to reassure our customers that we are open for business and will remain open as long as is safe and possible for us to do so.

Complete orders for items in stock will be dispatched as usual. However, for orders containing backordered items, we are trying our best to obtain stock as quickly as possible, but due to the current global situation surrounding COVID-19, this may take longer than usual.

All delivery services are experiencing delays, these vary greatly from region to region. If you have not yet received your order we apologise greatly for the delay and are confident that it will arrive. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time.

We do stock a wide range of products from many suppliers so if you need help in finding a suitable replacement for a product that is currently out of stock then please do contact us and we'll do our best to help.

We appreciate your understanding and support and wish you all the best in staying safe.

Postage Updates:

30/03/2020: Royal Mail postage cut off time changed to 12:00pm due to changes with local postage collections in our area.

25/03/2020: We have removed the Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm postage option from our store following a communication from Royal Mail that they are no longer able to support this delivery method a this time.

23/03/2020: Royal Mail will no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. They’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters but resource implications means they may not be able to meet the promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations at all times.

19/03/2020: All international Royal Mail services can expect slight delays due to border and flight restrictions as well as delays in local postal services. This varies depending on the country and can be checked for specific countries here.
