Christmas Opening Hours and Postage Cutoff Dates
With Christmas rapidly approaching we thought we'd update you on when we'll be open and dispatching orders over the festive period as well as the postage cutoff dates for you to receive your order before the big day!
Opening Dates:
We'll be processing and dispatching all orders placed up to the end of Monday 23rd. We'll be offering a limited service between Christmas and New Year. All orders placed with Royal Mail delivery options will be dispatched on the 27th, 30th and 31st. Any orders placed that use UPS delivery services will be dispatched when we return to our usual hours on the 2nd of January.
Don't worry we'll still be answering all your emails throughout the festive period so if you have any questions about your order or need some help with your new present please don't hesitate to contact us!
Postage Cutoff Dates (UK Post):
These are the dates given by each of our shipping partners which they claim will allow you to receive the package before Christmas. We highly recommend using a fully tracked service (Special Delivery or UPS) as occasionally untracked mail can suffer slight delays at this time of the year.
Royal Mail (Orders placed before 2pm):
- First Class: Friday 20th December
- Special Delivery by 1pm: Monday 23rd December (Guaranteed before Christmas)
UPS (Orders placed before 12pm):
- All Services: Friday 20th December (Guaranteed before Christmas)
International Orders:
The postage cutoff dates for all orders being sent outside of the UK can be viewed on the Royal Mail website, please look at the information for the relevant country as it varies quite a lot depending on where the package is being sent to.
Back Ordered Items:
Due to the festive celebrations and holidays with our suppliers, we're unable to guarantee that any items that are back-ordered during the rest of December will arrive before the new year. Please be assured that we will do our best source the stock and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
