Haptic Vests for Dogs

As part of a research project at Ben-Gurion University, this Haptic Vest for Dogs has been designed with 4 vibration motors embedded into it, which feels the same as a mobile phone going off in your pocket.

Being showcased at the 2019 World Haptics Conference in Tokyo, this promising research is set to have great applications for search and rescue dogs who work in noisy environments or dogs working with people with speech impairments, it can even be used to help communicate with deaf dogs.
